The accommodation is at the 4 star Crown Plaza London, Heathrow
Evening activities will include: Dinner, a cinema night, bowling, Illusionist & disco.
Residential food includes breakfast, packed lunch and evening dinner at a local restaurant.
In addition to this there is a shop on site selling drinks, sweets, ice cream etc.
Spending money is up to the individual, there is a shop on site they can buy additional drinks/sweets although a packed lunch and bottles water is available.
The summer camp coaches are CRB checked and UKA qualified coaches and or past and present international athletes.
The kids will be split into event groups e.g. sprint group, hurdles, jumps, throws, endurance and pole vault and a separate group for multi event/heptathlon/decathlon groups.
There will be at least one coach to every 12 kids, but often less than 12.
The travel will be by coach from Brunel University Sports Park to/from the 4 star Crown Plaza London, Heathrow
There is a section on the booking form for stating any medical/dietary requirements, but Mary Edwards is the main person to contact regarding anything along those lines. Mary is the Performance Running Ltd Child Welfare Protection Officer, please seek to inform her at the start of the week.
