Introducing our Fit for Life camp! Lots of people prefer to be outside for their training. We also set out to design a safer more structured alternative to bootcamp style workouts.
The aim of our Fit for Life camp is to introduce a fun yet structured alternative to indoor training.
Our sessions are designed to include cardio, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, core improvement and functional movement patterns.
